Pâtisserie Samadi — Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Pâtisserie Samadi, we strive to deliver our pastries and cakes with the same freshness and quality you’d expect in-store. Please review our shipping and delivery policy to understand how we handle orders and transportation of our products.
1. Processing Time
All orders are prepared fresh.

Standard preparation time ranges from 24 to 48 hours, depending on the product and volume of orders.

Custom cakes and special orders may require additional time. Preparation and availability will be confirmed at checkout or via email.
Orders are processed Monday through Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
2. Local Delivery
We offer local delivery to selected areas.

Delivery times are scheduled at checkout.

Customers must be available to receive the order during the selected delivery window.

If no one is available and the delivery cannot be completed, the order may be left at the doorstep only at the customer’s risk. No refunds or replacements will be issued for products damaged, stolen, or spoiled after drop-off.
A delivery fee may apply based on location.
3. In-Store Pickup
Customers may pick up their orders during business hours at our store location.

Please arrive at the scheduled pickup time to ensure freshness.

Orders not picked up on the scheduled day cannot be refunded, remade, or replaced due to the perishable nature of our products.
4. Shipping of Perishable Goods
If Pâtisserie Samadi offers shipping for select products:

Only items suitable for travel are eligible.

Products are packed to maintain freshness during transit; however, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information.

Once the package is handed to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier. No refunds or replacements are provided for carrier-related delays or damages.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering correct and complete delivery information.
We cannot issue refunds or replacements for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
6. Order Changes
Changes to delivery time, address, or product details must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup.
Changes requested after this window may not be possible.
7. Weather & Seasonal Conditions
Extreme heat, humidity, or weather conditions may impact delivery availability.
We reserve the right to adjust delivery windows or reschedule if conditions risk damaging your order.
