Pâtisserie Samadi — Return & Refund Policy

At Pâtisserie Samadi, we take great pride in the quality and freshness of our pastries. Every item is prepared with care, and we want every customer to be fully satisfied. Because most of our products are fresh and perishable, our return and refund policy is designed to protect both product safety and customer experience.


1. Perishable Items (Cakes, Pastries, Baked Goods)

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges on any food items once they have left the store or been delivered.

If there is an issue with the quality of your order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase with a description of the problem. We may request photos to help assess the situation.

If the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility (e.g., product defect, incorrect order), we will offer one of the following:

  • A replacement item

  • A store credit

  • A partial or full refund, depending on the situation

Store credits will be applied directly to the customer’s Samadi account on our website, allowing the customer to use the credit for future orders.


2. Custom Orders & Special Cakes

Custom cakes and special orders require significant preparation. Therefore:

  • Deposits for custom orders are non-refundable.

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the pickup or delivery time may be eligible for store credit, which will be applied to the customer’s Samadi online account.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup or delivery time cannot be refunded or credited.


3. Incorrect or Missing Items

If an order is incorrect or incomplete, please notify us immediately upon receiving it. We will correct the order as quickly as possible. If a credit is issued, it will be added to your Samadi website account for future use.


4. Allergies & Dietary Restrictions

Customers are responsible for informing us of any allergies or dietary needs.
While we do our best to comply with requests, all products are made in an environment that may contain nuts, gluten, dairy, and other allergens.
We cannot offer refunds for issues related to undisclosed allergies.


5. Order Pickup & Delivery

Customers are responsible for picking up their orders at the agreed time or being available to receive delivery.
Orders not picked up on the scheduled date cannot be refunded or remade.
