This is a very traditional semolina-based short bread cookie with 3 distinctive fillings that is perfumed with orange blossom water. The cookie is rich, crumbly, and ever so satisfying. The filling can be made of either pistachios, walnuts or a smooth date paste. Very popular around the holidays, especially Easter and Eid.
